Our building at 1208 Race Street was built in 1895. For over 125 years our facility has served the people who gathered for worship as well as the community.

For the last 75 years the realities of the neighborhood challenged the congregation's ability to maintain the building. The doors remained open but precious financial resources were always directed first to the countless people who were in great need living in our surrounding neighborhood.

The recent transformation in Over-the-Rhine has provided the opportunity to address the significant amount of deferred maintenance that exists.

In recent years we restored the façade, stained glass windows, and our iconic sign.  We refurbished and repurposed the upper level into the stunning Gallery.  We transformed the lower level into an attractive gathering and dining area, known as the Refectory.  We stabilized the bell tower.

Future projects include complete restoration of the bell tower, installation of a full service elevator, and finishing the refurbishment of the sanctuary.
